Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delray Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
LEBOLO Construction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for the installation of electrical and civil infrastructure to support six (6) new EV Charging Stations, with provisions for three (3) future EV Charging Stations. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sawcutting and trenching of the existing parking lot; installation of all required conduit, wiring, and associated electrical components; relocation of existing switchgear cabinets; and the installation of new Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), breakers, and related equipment. Additional work includes concrete removal and replacement, asphalt restoration, and any required landscaping repairs. This project will be executed on an accelerated schedule. Bidders are required to provide two (2) separate pricing proposals: 1. Pricing based on an expedited schedule consisting of six (6) ten-hour workdays per week. 2. Pricing based on a standard schedule during normal business hours. The EV Charging Stations will be furnished by Palm Tran.
