Sealed bid proposals are requested for Phase 3 renovations in the Workforce Development Center (WDC) at 1500 West Raab Road, Heartland Community College. Lump sum bid proposals are required. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is mandatory. Bidding documents are available upon a refundable deposit for physical copies or a non-refundable fee for digital downloads. Site visits are required prior to bid submission and can be scheduled via email. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or parts thereof.
