Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Reedsport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The project involves the procurement and installation of seven (7) mini-split heating and cooling units. The intent of this project is to improve classroom temperature regulation, increase energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with applicable electrical and mechanical codes. Contractors must be licensed and bonded in the State of Oregon to perform HVAC and electrical work. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board. This project is subject to Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) prevailing wage rates.
