**As of March 11th, 2026, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Qualified bidders may submit bids for the Iowa City West High School - Track and Turf Improvements project, which consists of the removal and replacement of track surfacing, removal and replacement of synthetic turf, removal and replacement of the goal posts, and fencing modifications. Bids will be received for a general contract covering all trades. Bids must be sealed, submitted in lump sum, and accompanied by a bid security of five percent of the bid amount. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds. Contract documents are available electronically or as printed copies for purchase. Discrepancies in contract documents must be brought to the attention of the architect prior to the bid date. The successful bidder shall begin work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete work within the contract time, subject to liquidated damages. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 Discrepancies, omissions and conflicts of any part of the contract documents shall be brought to the attention of the Architect, Kari Uhlenkamp at kuhlenkamp@brayarch.com within seven (7) working days prior to bid date
