The City of Burlington Department of Public Works is seeking bids for street reconstruction as part of the CY'26 Paving Contract. Electronic (PDF) bids from prequalified contractors shall be accepted for the construction of the project. Pre-qualification requirements: bids will be accepted from prequalified contractors only. All questions must be submitted before January 29, 2026 at 3:00PM. During the advertisement phase of this project, all questions shall be addressed solely to the Municipal Project Manager (MPM) in writing to the email provided below: Caleb Manna Associate Public Works Engineer (802) 503-2358 cmanna@burlingtonvt.gov For this Proposal the Engineers Estimate falls between $2,150,000.00 and $2,250,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
