Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Dexter, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a theater / auditorium.
Bid proposals are invited for Bid Category 11-01 Rigging and Drapery for Dexter High School Center for Performing Arts. Bids must be submitted as a single lump sum proposal electronically. All questions, pre-bid RFIs, and substitution requests must be submitted electronically. All bid documents including plans and specifications are available electronically. Bid security in the form of bonds is required with all proposals; certified checks are acceptable only for proposals under $50,000. Bidders must disclose any familial relationships that exist between bidder employees and any member of the owner, with a sworn and notarized statement uploaded if any exist. Bidders must confirm that wages and fringe benefits paid are not less than prevailing rates in the locality. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept other than the low bid, and waive informalities or irregularities as deemed in their best interest.
