Supply and delivery of three side loading split unibody garbage packers. The work includes providing the equipment and services as specified at the unit prices indicated, inclusive of all costs associated with applicable tariffs as of the bid closing date. Bidders are required to comply with all specifications, terms and conditions set forth, and provide documentation for any associated cost increases due to additional tariffs, as required. The award will be based on the subtotal contract amount listed. Bidders must offer prompt payment discounts if available, provide a generic email address for purchase orders, and ensure the equipment meets all outlined specifications. Bidders are responsible for ensuring all subcontractors are approved by the City prior to substitution or change. All unit prices must be in Canadian funds, Free on Board (F.O.B.) destination, and exclude Harmonized Sales Tax (H.S.T.), but include all other taxes and duties. Bidders must confirm eligibility, examine the site and bid documents, and agree to provide all goods and services in accordance with the requirements and obligations detailed in the bid documents, including necessary insurance, safety, and training provisions. Supporting technical documentation and training are to be provided at delivery. Bidders must also furnish references for contracts of similar size, scope, and value.
