The successful bidder will be responsible for property tax collection for an estimated 100 properties with an average amount owing of $20,000 per property, totaling an estimated annual amount of $2,000,000. Bidders must include all costs associated with tariffs in effect at the time of closing. Bidders are required to provide references for similar contracts, detail any use of subcontractors, and ensure their bid documents conform to specified format and submission requirements. Bidders must also confirm they have the necessary experience, insurance, and safety policies, and comply with all terms, conditions, and legal requirements as outlined in the bid documents. Any price increases resulting from new tariffs after closing must be documented and approved by the City. The award will be based on the subtotal contract amount as listed in the schedule of prices.
