The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: Install city supplied and furnished switchboard, transformer, panel, and electric vehicle chargers. Contractor shall construct foundations, provide and install conductors and communications cables, install all electrical gear and appurtenances as shown on, and included in, the plans and contract documents for new EV charging stations and parking lot improvements, all as shown on the drawings included as Appendix "B" and in the contract documents.
