PROJECT: Design Services for the Design of a Redundant Potable Water Well PROJECT #: LH031 LOCATION: National Guard Facility, 1 Pinehurst Rd/Rt 539, Lakehurst, New Jersey OWNER: NEW JERSEY, DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS ESTIMATED DESIGN COST: $25,000.00 Sealed proposals will be received via email in the New Jersey Department of Military Affairs (NJDMA), Business Management Bureau (BMB), Contract Administration Office by e-mail only until 2:00 PM local time on March 3, 2026. No proposal will be accepted thereafter. Please email Proposals no larger than 15MB in PDF format to bids@dma.nj.gov by the date and time above. Please indicate Project Number – LH031 in the Subject Line of the email. Once your Proposal has been received via email you will receive an email from the BMB Office confirming your proposal submission. DMA is soliciting proposals for the above prime contract. Offerors must be prequalified in the following classification pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52-35-3 by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Offerors are required to submit a copy of their DPMC prequalified classification with their Proposal. The following classification is required: P005 – Civil Engineering Current proof must be on file in DPMC and/or submitted to this office not later than TIME SCHEDULED FOR PROPOSAL DUE DATE. Failure to do so may result in the disqualification of the OFFEROR. Offerors are required to submit a copy of proof of registration with the NJSTART program.
