MNPS is seeking skilled suppliers to propose on an essential project, "Operation and Maintenance for Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Courts Facility." This negotiation aims to secure experts in the fields of facility operation, maintenance, and upkeep. The successful Offeror will provide full upkeep, repairs, and regular maintenance at no cost to MNPS, while also being granted access to use the courts for approved programming. This strategic initiative underscores the government's commitment to providing top-notch athletic facilities, fostering a healthy and active student body. Scope Summary Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is soliciting proposals for a qualified and experienced Contractor to operate, maintain, and invest in the newly constructed tennis facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. The successful contractor will provide full upkeep, repairs, and regular maintenance at no cost to MNPS, while also being granted access to use the courts for approved programming. Scope Detail MNPS desires to enter into a no-cost maintenance and operations agreement with a qualified contractor ("Vendor") to manage the daily condition, upkeep, and after-hours programming of the tennis facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. The Vendor will assume responsibility for ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and fully functional for MNPS use during school hours and open for approved Vendor programming outside of school hours.
