This requirement is for elevator repair services, including contracted labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation package. The contractor must ensure that all measurements and components match the exact requirements outlined in the RFQ. Work shall include all necessary tasks to repair and restore elevator functionality to meet operational and safety standards. The contractor is responsible for providing qualified personnel, appropriate tools, and compliant materials to complete the repairs as specified. All work must adhere to applicable codes and regulations, and the contractor shall ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of services performed.
