Reference Number 0000409222 The University of Colorado is seeking a design team to produce construction documents detailing replacement of existing light fixtures in multiple campus buildings with new LED fixtures as well as installation of N light lighting control systems in each building to allow for long term energy savings. The winning design team will be responsible for helping the university define the exact scope of the work that will fit within the project budget with the goal of replacing light fixtures and installing lighting controls in the eight buildings listed below, or as many of them as possible while keeping costs around $4,200,000.00 Buildings currently targeted are: PORT VAC RGNT KOBL HUMN MUS WLAW ATLS solicitation. Anticipated Construction Start/Finish Nov 1, 2026 to Feb. 1, 2028 To ensure sufficient information is available to firms preparing submittals, a mandatory presubmittal conference has been scheduled. The intent of this conference is to tour the site and to have the University of Colorado Boulder staff able to discuss the project. Firms preparing submittals must attend and sign-in to have their submittals accepted. The State reserves the right to reject any or all submittals on the basis of being unresponsive to this RFQ or for failure to disclose requested information.
