Renovation of an office development in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing work for the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub. Contractor shall provide a total "turnkey" project including all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services. BID SET - 20251031 Project no: 6961.00 Question Deadline 01/20/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Location : online portal . The project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026. If you wish to submit a bid that would include equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, please submit a substitution request along with bid questions. A substitution request form is not required. Proposed product substitutions must still meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products. Please note that some materials are "Basis-of-Design" products and cannot be substituted. Refer to the appropriate sections of the specification manual for more information.
