Description

Site work for a civil project in Blevins, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

City of Blevins is applying for or has received both state and federal funding, including but not limited to ANRC, DRA, AEDC, USDA, RD, ARDOT, and US DOT, for work to develop wastewater and water systems, as well as other projects. The City is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm to provide services for these projects for 2026, 2027, and 2028. Procedures for selection will be in accordance with applicable state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. Interested parties should submit one copy of their Statement of Qualifications.
