The Town of St. James plans to contract with one or more firms to provide Disaster Debris Removal Monitoring Services for Post-Disaster Debris Removal and Management . The Town is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective, and quality monitoring services to the Town.
