Electrical infrastructure for Colony Park Sustainable Community to establish a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood on 208 acres of city-owned land in northeast Austin, incorporating new urbanism and sustainable design. The Work consists of furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the complete construction of approximately 1,800 LF of duct bank for Austin Energy (AE) and approximately 1,800LF of communication duct bank along the North side of Loyola Lane between Colony Loop Dr & Wentworth Dr, construction of electric utility and communication conduit vaults, a new concrete transformer pad and switchgear pad and asphalt access driveway. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Prospective Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of Project Manual or Drawings must make a written request for such information to OWNER addressed to the Authorized Contact Person no later than seven (7) Working Days before Bid opening.
