The scope includes rework replacement of associated duct, hot water coils, dampers, piping, valves, electrical controls and other appurtenances. New AHU controllers shall operate under existing BACNET MS/TP system for base proposal. Replace each existing variable volume damper with new VAV terminal units including rework/replacement of associated duct and controls. Remove all existing 2nd floor plenum heaters and associated piping. Remove a1 existing rooftop exhaust fan and cap the associated roof curb at building C. A tab audit of the existing air handling units shall be performed before construction begins to establish a baseline comparison to post project system performance. General contractor shall dismantle, relocate and reinstall office furniture, equipment, and other miscellaneous items within the designated equipment move-out/move0in pathways to provide clear access for construction.
