Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Marysville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The base bid is for the removal of trees, stumps, brush, shrubs, roots, logs, and other vegetation from the parking area on Collard Drive, north of Viking Stadium, in the City of Marysville, Michigan. The approximate area to be cleared is 0.80 acres. Bids must be on a unit price basis for items of work, as specified, and submitted using the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. All bids must include sworn and notarized statements for Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and Criminal Background Check Affidavit. Bids that do not include these statements will not be accepted. The project is subject to State of Michigan Prevailing Wage requirements, and all work must utilize current prevailing wage rates posted for St. Clair County, MI. Bidders must be registered with the State of Michigan as required under MCL - Act 10 of 2023. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond for no less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Insurance Certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt. Question Deadline 01/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
