Sealed Bids are requested for the Window Replacement Projects at Gardens Elementary, Morton Elementary, and Washington Elementary for Marysville Public Schools. Bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected. The project bid package includes Bid Division 114: Aluminum Storefront, Windows, Glass & Glazing. Bidding documents are available for public inspection through designated plan rooms and Building Connected. Bids shall include sworn and notarized statements for Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and Criminal Background Check Affidavit. Bid security is required in the form of a Bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid, submitted electronically and delivered physically to the school district administration office within 48 hours of the Due Date. Successful bidders may be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. The project is subject to State of Michigan Prevailing Wage requirements. All bidders must be registered with the State of Michigan as required under MCL -Act 10 of 2023. Marysville Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, or to award the Contract at its discretion.
