Project involves trenchless sanitary sewer rehabilitation including full length cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, sectional CIPP patches, and pipe joint chemical grouting. This project is funded through the Environmental Protection Agency's Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Grant. This project is focused on trenchless sewer rehabilitation with the intent to remove infiltration and inflow from the sanitary sewer system and repair structurally deficient sanitary sewer pipes throughout the City of Marysville. Summary of work: Approximately 4,141 linear feet of full length cured-in-place pipe lining on pipes ranging from 8" diameter to 24" diameter. Approximately 47 sectional pipe liners on pipes ranging from 8" diameter to 24" diameter. Approximately 256 pipe joint repairs via chemical grout on pipes ranging from 8" diameter to 48" diameter. The project aims to rehabilitate as many pipes as time and budget allow, largely funded by the EPA Congressionally Directed Spending Grant. The City reserves the right to adjust quantities by up to 20% to fully utilize available funds. *pre-bid info: Following the meeting, the Contractor and the City will jointly review and visit a specific priority site location to assist in determining the required scope and associated costs for providing a suitable access route to allow for the work to be performed.
