The bid will be for removal of approximately 1,200 feet of concrete street and full-depth reconstruction with aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement, along with partial concrete driveway replacement, lawn restoration and other related items of work. The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: Item Est. Qty Pavement Removal 4,190 Syd Aggregate Base 3,920 Syd Concrete Curb and Gutter 2,310 Feet Concrete Drive Approach 540 Syd HMA, 5EL 455 Ton HMA, 4EL 565 Ton Lawn Restoration 1,500 Syd Bids shall be on a unit price basis for items of work, as specified. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to City of Marysville, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Marysville reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids.
