Reference Number 0000394226 The Work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for construction of approximately 300 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer including restoration and all associated work as shown on the Drawings or specified in the Project Manual. The purpose of this geotechnical exploration was to evaluate the subsurface conditions around the existing sewer line extension and to develop geotechnical design criteria for support of sewer extension. The scope of the exploration and analysis included a reconnaissance of the project site, completion of four SPT-soil borings, field and laboratory testing of representative portions of the recovered samples, and engineering analysis and evaluation of the subsurface materials encountered. The scope of services did not include an environmental assessment for determining the presence or absence of wetlands, hazardous or toxic materials in the soil, bedrock, surface water, groundwater, or air on, below or around this site.
