Value: $ 195,000.00 The bid will be for cold milling and HMA resurfacing a total of approximately 0.7 miles of the following street segments:Rosewood Drive - Michigan Avenue to Dead EndCompass Rose Avenue - Rosewood Drive to Dead End Koula Court - Delaware Avenue to Dead End Harbor View Drive - Vicksburg Street to Mack Avenue The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows:Cold Milling HMA Surface 11,550 Syd HMA, 4EL 1,200 Ton Hand Patching 100 .Bids shall be on a unit price basis for items of work, as specified. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer.Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid,payable to City of Marysville, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Marysville reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish asatisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond and Insurance Certificates.Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt.
