Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to City of Marysville, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Marysville reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt.
