Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Marysville, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of September 11, 2025, the project is on hold. The base bid will be for the removal of two existing tennis courts, fencing, and lighting and construction of four pickleball courts in the Marysville Municipal Park including asphalt paving, acrylic athletic surface, aggregate base, chain link fencing and athletic net system. The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: Acrylic Athletic Surface - 8,052 square feetPickleball Net Systems - 4 EachHMA Paving - 1,015 square yardsAggregate Base - 1,035 square yardsChain Link Fence (96 inch high) - 360 feetChain Link Fence (48 inch high) - 112 feetChain Link Fence Gates (48 inch wide x 96 inch high) - 2 EachLawn Restoration - 1,500 square yards Bids shall be on an overall lump sum basis. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. Bid security in the form of a Certied Check or a Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, for a sum not less than ve percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to City of Marysville, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Marysville reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond and Insurance Certicates. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt.
