Marysville Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for Category 2 Wireless Access Points. Bidders should submit two copies of the bid, including one electronic copy on a flash drive. All sealed bids must be delivered by mail or hand to the specified contact at the administrative office. Questions regarding the bid must be emailed to the provided contact addresses with the Form 470# in the subject line. Implementation and completion of the services and/or equipment are contingent on receiving approved funding from the Universal Services Fund. Bidders must include a valid SPIN clearly displayed, proof of current SPAC (Form 473), one electronic bid copy on a flash drive, and use SPI invoicing only. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable rules and procedures of the Schools and Libraries Corporation and the Universal Services Fund, as well as the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) guidelines. The specifications provided are guidelines, and specification changes are permitted if they meet industry standards. All non-eligible products and services must be itemized. Agreements must be for 24 months to accommodate potential late funding or service extensions. The applicant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, be the sole judge of equivalency, and waive bid requirements. Price is the primary evaluation criterion, but technical sufficiency, vendor experience, ineligible costs, technical support, and single source capability are also considered. Bids may be disqualified for being late, emailed incorrectly, lacking SPI invoicing, or not addressing RFP requirements specifically. Any services or costs not covered by USF eligibility must be delineated and bid separately, including taxes and fees, which must be bid as actual costs or reasonable estimates.
