Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lake City, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Sealed bids are invited for professional and architectural services for a new Columbia High School. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the provided specifications. The Columbia County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive formalities in any bid. The Board will be the sole judge of the minimum requirements. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes properly marked as indicated, and any bid received after the specified deadline will not be considered. As of April 28, 2026, a design firm has been selected. Construction is expected to start in late 2027/early 2028.
