The work will consist of rehabilitation of existing gravity sewer manholes in the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority's system within existing OJRSA easements and South Carolina Department of Transportation Right-of-Ways. The scope includes approximately 391 linear feet of 15" cured-in-place pipe, rehabilitation of 70 manholes using a calcium aluminum cementitious liner system with epoxy, pressure grouting interior manholes for leak prevention, replacement and removal of select frames and covers, select manhole cone/chimney replacement, flow control/bypass pumping for associated stream crossings, soil stabilization, dewatering, and site restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit basis. The project has an expected duration of 105 days. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and not be debarred from federal contracts. Compliance with all applicable federal regulations is required. Detailed listing of all subcontractors and evidence of meeting minimum qualifications must be submitted. Mark-ups on subcontractor work or cost plus overhead will not be reimbursed.
