Site work for a golf course in Plainfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The scope of work includes installation of new fence on the driving range at Springbrook Golf Course and perimeter fence along the west property line at Naperbrook Golf Course for a complete project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. Bids must be submitted as specified, and digital bid documents can be requested by email. No bid bond is required for this project. If a bid is accepted, a Surety Bond (Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond) for not less than one hundred percent of the contract amount will be required prior to construction. The contractor is also required to file a written substance abuse prevention program with the Owner before starting work. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible bids, reject all bids, and waive any informalities or technicalities in any bid.
