Scope: BASE BID 1. Furnish and install 200 new flat-topped, surface mounted lockers, without any legs. 80 single tier and 60 two-tier lockers. Size of individual lockers is 12" wide, 15" deep and 60" tall, as per CPS standards. The single tier lockers will be installed on the West and East walls in the East wing. All the two-tier lockers will be installed on the South and North walls of the South wing, as shown in the attached floor plan. No new lockers are being installed on the windowed West wall of the East wing. New locker color will match the existing blue colored lockers. See base item 2 below for limited demolition of the chair railing and wall base of new locker placement. All new lockers are expected to fit below the bottom of the windows on the interior will notify CPS representative as soon as possible if that's not the case. The MEC manual will be issued next w of the Addendum. GC will include abatement and/or RRP work by a licensed contractor, if required per MEC manual. 2. Prior to installing the new lockers, GC will remove wooden chair railing and stone wall base in the areas of new locker installation at all locations. These demolished sections/materials will be salvaged and handed over to the Building Engineer for future use. Patch and paint any areas of the walls damaged during the construction to ensure solid backing for the new lockers. GC will also be responsible to repair any incidental damage caused to the building, without passing on any cost to CPS Pre-qualification requirements: ONLY PREQUALIFIED POOL Various Trades may bid on this project. All bid questions/requests must be received by 12:00 pm on 1/22/2026. Addendum will be issued by COB on 1/23/26.
