Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Goodyear, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The City of Goodyear is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for the Fire Station 189 Project. The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the project will use the CMAR delivery method. The initial budget for design and related services is approximately $750,000. Approximately $14.5 million is programmed for construction.
