The Project goals and objectives includes the design of a channel system and associated structures to contain and convey the 100-year event's discharge, with appropriate freeboard, within Rawhide Wash from Scottsdale Road to the State Route 101 Freeway (SR-101) culvert system, reduce the floodplain area north and south of SR-101 and to obtain a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) after the channel system is constructed. The Consultant shall provide engineering services for the development of the Final Plans, Specifications, Construction Cost Estimate and other supporting documentation needed for the construction of the Project. These services shall include the development of Preliminary Design and Specifications, Final Design and Specifications, Post Design Construction Support and coordination with FEMA. The Flood Control District of Maricopa County, Arizona (District) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically through an outside agent, Periscope S2G to provide On-Call Services for the Paradise Ridge Drainage Improvements Project, contract FCD 2021C009. The estimated contract range is $1,800,000 - $ 2,000,000. The contract period is expected to be 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed to Final Completion with possible extensions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
