A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** ADOT GRANT NUMBER E3S2I 01C & E5S5D 01C The project consists of the grading of infields between the runway and adjacent Taxiway A and paving over with two-inch thick asphalt. This phase covers seven infields between Taxiways A1 and A2, between Taxiways A4 and A5, between Taxiways A5 and A6, between Taxiways A6 and A7, between Taxiways A7 and A8, and between Taxiways A9 and A10. Scope of work shall include all grading and paving, adjustment to new grades of certain appurtenances within those infields including catch basins and inlets, some concrete storm drain piping, monitoring wells, electrical duct bank and conduits, and associated manholes, handholes, lights and signs. The project site is located at the Phoenix Goodyear Airport, 1658 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Arizona 85338. This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program. No DBE goal has been established for this project.
