Site work for a water / sewer project in Colebrookdale Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the Delaware County Solid Waste Authority - 2026 Cap Construction. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of a cap system, including earthwork and geosynthetics, for an approximate 5-acre area. It also includes the construction of a riprap lined stormwater channel and the installation of associated landfill gas piping within the cap area. Bids shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program by the designated date and time, along with required bid security and documents. Bid security must be a Certified Check or Bid Bond not less than 10%. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the bid form. All questions about the bidding documents must be submitted via PennBid. Bidders are required to comply with all state anti-bid-rigging regulations, submit a non-collusion affidavit, and adhere to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities at its sole discretion. Bidding documents are distributed exclusively online and must be accessed via PennBid.
