Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

This bid package includes the repair of a material void at Runway 18R-36L using chemical grout injection to stabilize subsurface conditions, along with the rehabilitation of Drainage Line A4 through geopolymer lining to address infiltration and restore integrity. Bids must be submitted electronically via DemandStar and will not be accepted if hand delivered, mailed, faxed, or emailed. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid is required, and contract bonding shall also be required. The project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Project Manual for Contract No. C-896. Complete sets of drawings and specifications may be acquired from Jacobs through file transfer.
