Bids must include the supply of labor and parts, in accordance with the general clauses, technical clauses, and bid form and schedule. The bidder must propose a unit price for each generator set. This unit price must include all costs related to labour, travel and parts required for maintenance. The bidder must also indicate a unit price, based on an hourly rate, for service calls that may be required by the City throughout the term of the contract. The bidder must complete the bid form and schedule to specify: - the minimum number of hours billed per service call, - the applicable hourly rate, - the discount offered on the cost of parts (optional), - an hourly rate applicable during regular hours and on public holidays for the duration of the contract (optional).
