Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Mirabel, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Upgrades to the 2,700 m reinforced concrete gravity-fed sanitary sewer, designated as Section 2, built in 1977 receiving wastewater from the discharge pipe connected to the Desvoyaux pumping station, in the Saint-Augustin sector, and carries it by gravity to the Belle-Rivière pumping station. The project should significantly reduce leaks that damage the sanitary network and the treatment system. The scope of the project also includes associated road improvement and paving work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-summer 2026. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
