Site work and paving for a civil project in Mirabel, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrades to the 2,700 m reinforced concrete gravity-fed sanitary sewer, designated as Section 2, built in 1977 receiving wastewater from the discharge pipe connected to the Desvoyaux pumping station, in the Saint-Augustin sector, and carries it by gravity to the Belle-Rivière pumping station. The project should significantly reduce leaks that damage the sanitary network and the treatment system. The scope of the project also includes associated road improvement and paving work. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20132079. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2026-04-02. Award by packages is not planned. Proposals submitted electronically are not accepted. Please note that Addenda # 1 to # 3 to this RFP have been issued: the time limit for the reception of proposals previously set for April 16, 2025 is now set for April 30, 2025
