Reference number: 20134967 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-15 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 Description In light of the current context, the City of Mirabel wishes to continue the separation works undertaken between approximately 1992 and 1995 in order to provide the Saint-Benoit area with a fully separated drainage system. Furthermore, in light of climate change, the stormwater network must be designed to handle flow rates based on the expected rainfall recurrence. The deliverable must include a stormwater master plan indicating the location of the new network, with the following information for each section of the network: manhole base levels, pipe gradients, proposed pipe diameters, ditches and other relevant details. With regard to the domestic network, it must also indicate the modifications to be made to manholes and pipes, such as changes in diameter, gradient, base level and other relevant details. All of this must take into account potential crossings at road junctions and the presence of the existing water network. The plan must also be designed to allow the project to be carried out in phases (where to start and the alternatives depending on various constraints, including allocated budgets and required environmental requirements (e.g. removing 3 weirs by 2029)).
