O'Connor at oconnorb@southhadleypolice.org SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of new camera system as follows: CELL CAMERAS o (8) AXIS M3086-V Dome Cameras (or equivalent) for the cells. o Capable of offering a wide-angle view of 130-degrees and features Wide Dynamic (WDR) to ensure clarity even when there's both dark and light areas in the scene. o All cameras should also be able to record audio with a built-in microphone. BOOKING AREA o (1) AXIS P4705-PLVE Panoramic Camera (or equivalent) for the booking area. o Dual-sensor, multidirectional camera offering at least 30 FPS. o Camera must work both in the dark and in light. o Camera must be able to record audio with a built-in microphone. BOOKING HALLWAY AND EVIDENCE ROOM o (3) AXIS P3265-V Dome Camera (or equivalent) forthe booking hallway. o Able to deliver excellent image quality under challenging light conditions. o The booking hallway camera must be able to record audio with a built-in microphone. o The evidence room camera does not need to have audio. SALLY PORT CAMERA o (2) AXIS P3265-V Dome Camera (or equivalent) for the sally port and garage. o Able to deliver excellent image quality under challenging light conditions. o The sally port camera must be able to record audio with a built-in microphone. The garage camera does not need to have audio. BACK PARKING LOT o (1) AXIS M4318-PLVE Camera (or equivalent) for the back parking lot. o Camera must offer excellent image quality and a complete 180- or 360-degree overview. o Must have clear, reflection-free footage and excellent image quality even in low light or complete darkness. FRONT PARKING LOT o (1) AXIS P3738-PLE Camera (or equivalent) for the front parking lot. o Multidirectional camera offering four channels with 4K per channel to deliver detailed coverage. Must include 360-degree IR illumination for clear, reflection-free footage and excellent image quality even in low light or complete darkness. SIDE ACCESS TO BRIDGE ST. o (1) AXIS P4707-PLVE Panoramic Camera (or equivalent) for the side access to Bridge Street. o Dual-sensor, multidirectional camera offering at least 30 FPS. o Sharp, clear images in challenging or poor light conditions. EACH BID SHOULD ALSO OFFER ALTERNATIVE PRICING TO INCLUDE A LICENSE PLATE READER (LPR) o AXIS Q1800-LE-3 (or equivalent) LPR to capture both lanes of traffic on Bridge Street. o Accurate license plate reading 24/7 at distances up to 100m. o Facilitates fast and efficient searching so you can quickly find specific plates in video footage. o Built-in weather shield to withstand wind and other tough weather conditions typically experienced around New England. ALTERNATE PRICING FOR STORAGE o Server: on-site premise. The stationed server will be held at a secure location inside of the police station. The server must be able to hold data for approximately 20 or more cameras and must allow the adjustment of storage time for different cameras (ex. booking footage held for 90 days, outside parking lot footage held for 30 days.) The server should also be secured where only South Hadley PD personnel are able to view the documents.
