Scope of Work: Computer Lab Conversion Project. In general, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Project site is located at 1701 Wright Street, Madison, WI. The building will remain operational during construction. The scope of the project includes: a. Renovation of (4) existing computer labs to lecture rooms. b. Renovation of (3) faculty office spaces. c. Renovation of corridor D32. d. Renovation of (1) lecture room to 2 separate spaces. Instructions to Bidders: Electronic plan documents are provided. Distribution options include uploading electronic plan files (.plt, .dwg, .dwf). There is a non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through. No bid bond is required. eBidding is not available; documents are distributed by the agency and must be downloaded electronically.
