B. SUMMARY OF WORK 1. The work involves removing all gravel and pea stone surface, designated roofing materials, flashings, insulation, deteriorated wood blocking, obsolete units and other related items. 2. The existing structural steel roof deck will be inspected and repaired, on a unit price basis (Base bid quantity with additional ADD/DEDUCT pricing). 3. The existing wood blocking will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced on a Unit Price basis (Base Bid quantity with additional ADD/DEDUCT pricing).
