The City of Everett ("City") is requesting qualification statements from firms interested in providing Owner's Project Manager (OPM) Services to the City, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, 44A 1/2 , and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws. The selected firm will provide OPM services including representing the City during the design and construction phases of the project, with particular focus on management of quality, cost, and schedule. The immediate project includes improvements to the Edward G. Connolly Center, located at 90 Chelsea Street, Everett, MA 02149. The City may also use this RFQ as a qualifying document for related municipal building projects, as further described in the RFQ Time Period for Completed Project August 2026 The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
