The City of Everett is seeking proposals from qualified design firms to provide professional design services for the Edward Connolly Center. The selected Designer shall perform conceptual design development, alternatives analysis, and schematic design for the project. The City's objective is to complete the schematic design phase and present the proposed project to the City Council in October 2026 to support funding authorization for full project implementation. The scope includes assessing existing building conditions and accessibility, reviewing codes, engaging stakeholders to identify needs, developing design options with cost estimates, preparing schematic designs, & presenting recommendations to the Council. This procurement falls under Designer Procurement M.G.L. c. 7C. Designer Fee Negotiated Time Period for Completed Project 12-24 months The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
