Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. The work consists of the interior renovation of the existing building, formerly Ashley Furniture store, located at 91 S. Martin Luther King Blvd. The renovation includes approximately 4,692 square feet on the first floor to be converted into a lobby and conference rooms. On the second floor, the project includes approximately 25,724 square feet to be converted into office space. The scope includes, but is not limited to, architectural, new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage systems, fire alarm and sprinkler modifications, and structural design.
