Description

Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

This is the primary procurement of the bird control devices for phase 2 of the c concourse expansion (cce). Cce is an expansion of the existing c1 building located near the center of the airport's main terminal at the base of the c wing near gates c2, c3 and d1. The existing three-story building will receive a four story addition consisting of additional retail, office and back of house services related to ramp operations, security and housekeeping. The project exists in a logistically challenging location, bounded on all sides by active airport operations and/or passenger movement. This procurement will inform the maximum allowable construction cost (macc) agreement between turner construction and the port of seattle. The project is seeking leed silver certification. To bid for this project, you must be prequalified with turner construction (audited/reviewed financial statement, osha-300 log, etc.).
