Contractors should demonstrate capability as a prime contractor for dredging deep draft navigation channels and provide examples of production rates. This market research aims to identify interest, capabilities, and qualifications from industry members, including Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns.
