Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Furnish all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of Elyson Cy Fair, Section 3 Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer Facilities, and Reinforced Concrete Paving for Harris County MUD No. 458. The scope includes: 8,052 linear feet of 8-inch water line with appurtenances; 1,857 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe with appurtenances; 1,342 linear feet of 24-inch through 36-inch storm sewer pipe with appurtenances; 7,386 square yards of 6-inch subgrade preparation; 6,502 square yards of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement; 3,988 linear feet of reinforced concrete curb; and lot grading for 68 lots. Bidders must submit a cashier's check or bid bond equal to 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Electronic bids and securities must be submitted in compliance with the Owner's Electronic Bidding Rules and through the specified platform. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening.
