Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of performing dredging operations along the Houston Ship Channel from Sims Bayou through and including the upper Turning Basin area. The contract includes Schedule 1 dredging for the specified reach of the channel to maintain authorized depths and widths. Option No. 1 includes dredging of the Port of Houston Authority docks as well as removal of tires and debris within the designated areas. The procurement is unrestricted and is intended to support FY26 navigation maintenance requirements for the USACE Galveston District. The solicitation issued will be a firm-fixed price contract award. Estimated magnitude for this effort is estimated to be between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
