Sealed bids are sought for Pine Ridge Country Club Paving Improvements. All documents, specifications, and plans may be viewed and purchased at www.seblueprint.com or reviewed at Lake Metroparks Administrative Offices. Copies are available through SE Blueprint, Inc. for a non-refundable fee plus shipping. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Each bid of $75,000 or more must be accompanied by either a certified or cashiers check for 10% of the bid amount, or a Bid Guarantee and Performance Bond for the full bid amount as per Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the Bid Number and Project Title, and may not be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. The required bond must be with an acceptable surety authorized in Ohio and equal to 100% of the contract price. Bid guaranties for unsuccessful bidders will be held until the contract is entered or all bids are rejected. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond upon contract execution. The Board may award a contract to the lowest and best bidder whose submission complies with requirements and funding, and reserves the right to accept or reject any combination of bids or waive technical deficiencies.
